![]() The fact that it all started suddenly suggests that there is a common denominator which is where the problem most likely resides. If it's server based software then I would look at the server where the software is hosted and check the drivers. The reason for asking is that software can and does override driver defaults and often has printing preferences within the software. Has the software been updated or has something changed? Is it a server based software to where the print drivers for that software aren't located on the local machine that is being printed from? The next thing I would check is the software you're printing from. With the Macs I would check CUPS to see what it's defaulted as, on the windows I would check both the driver defaults and the driver preferences. Since Im building the book product on my Mac, I need to be able to do the whole workflow from the Mac. Options to change it back to single sided in the Print dialogues have disappeared from both platforms and from the Printer Admin software as well. But on the Mac I go to Print Booklet-Print Settings-Setup-Printer Choose Layout and the Duplex option is Greyed out. This is happening with both WindowsOS and macOS. ![]() We have an odd issue where a Bizhub Konica c224e printer has suddenly locked itself into printing double sided only. ![]()
